Quick one at the Globo



Workout upper body only (specifically for Sharon!)


Bench Press
5-5-5-5-5 no idea how heavy I got and it doesn't count because it was on a machine anyway.

100 knee raises hanging from pull up bar (broken into sets obviously!)


Then :

40-20-10

Tethered crunches
Press 8.5 kg


Cavegirl made some lovely soup for tea (carrot and orange from her soups book) with roast pork loin and bacon!

Yum Yum I love a soup and meat meal
