Tried and Tested Sesame Ginger Pork

Found this on Delightful Taste Buds via Paleo Digest.

Forgot the 5 spice but it was still pretty tasty.

Stir fried some veg with garlic ginger and a chilli to go with it.

Printed it out and kept this one to do again. Cheers

Quick update

1 lap past Ians Pose, calves ok, maybe twinge in right. Massaged with roller.

Food was leftover soup and chicken.

No Paleo for me this weekend, just beer and carbs and mountains.

Valentines meal and tabata

Warm up:
Walk round the block

Tabata 8 mins of:
Pull ups
Dips (chair)
Sit ups
Press ups.

Cavegirl joined in so I let her have some food:

Big lump of cow.
Asparagus wrapped in parma ham with naughty parmesan.
Parsnip chips
Mushrooms and onion in garlic



Oh and a bottle of Prosecco!

1 Lap Pose




Another attempt at starting running again.

Only out for a few mins to test calves.

Lots of mobility work, upper body and calves. Still few spots on calves that feel like a "Shaman's Blow".

Cavegirl is cooking meatballs from Everyday Paleo . Smell pretty good so far.

Never made it to the gym and it would of been to busy anyway so:

Buy in:
Walk to the shop to fetch beer
couple of rounds of bodyweight stuff

Then:
16 rounds of Tabata
Iron Gym pullups
Chair dips
V crunches
Chinese press-ups

Cash out:
Dislocators
Lots of upper body stretching, lats, triceps
Drink beer, watch film, sleep.

Cavegirl cooked spicy chicken

5-5-5-5-5 no idea how heavy I got and it doesn't count because it was on a machine anyway.

100 knee raises hanging from pull up bar (broken into sets obviously!)


Then :

40-20-10

Tethered crunches
Press 8.5 kg


Cavegirl made some lovely soup for tea (carrot and orange from her soups book) with roast pork loin and bacon!
