Walk to the shop to fetch beer
couple of rounds of bodyweight stuff
Then:
16 rounds of Tabata
Iron Gym pullups
Chair dips
V crunches
Chinese press-ups
Cash out:
Dislocators
Lots of upper body stretching, lats, triceps
Drink beer, watch film, sleep.
